Trail has winter tryout

The Toonerville Trail, Springfield's popular walking and bicycling path, is going to be open this winter for the first time, thanks to prodding from Springfield Hospital. The hospital had received a grant titled "Blueprints for Health" to encourage people to exercise and stay in shape and the hospital put keeping the Toonerville Trail open as a top priority.
