Clunkers leaves used lots low on inventory

Sales at Springfield Auto Mart, a Buick, GMC dealer, is normally 70 percent new vehicles and 30 percent used. In the aftermath of the federal Cash for Clunkers program, used car sales have declined to 20 percent of total sales.
