Springfield Hospital Annual Giving Campaign

Springfield Hospital launched its Annual Giving Campaign at 10 a.m. on November 10 with a small gathering of supporters under the portico at the hospital. Rick Bibens is hosting this year’s annual giving effort and spoke about its importance.

Empty Bowls are Filled

On November 10, the Springfield High School cafeteria was transformed into an elegant eatery. Dinner was $5 per person. For $20 diners were allowed to pick a handcrafted bowl. All the bowls were crafted by students and faculity of the Springfield School District.

Cosmos Soccer Bring Home State Championship

The Springfield High School boy's soccer team had never won state title for the school's trophy case and on Saturday in Randolph, got their first opportunity to do something about it since a 2005 finals loss to U-32.
