Decelle, 29, of Valley Street, pleaded innocent in White River Junction District Court to a felony charge of aggravated assault with a weapon and four misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment. • According to court records, on May 1, Decelle fired a .22-caliber rifle at a car full of people who pulled into his driveway, striking rear passenger Jenna LaVoie, 26, of Springfield, in the leg. Decelle and LaVoie's husband, Keith LaVoie, had had a confrontation earlier in the day, records state. Jenna LaVoie was treated for her wound and released that day. • After pleading innocent on May 3, Decelle was released on $10,000 bail with conditions he not contact or harass any of the people who were in the car he allegedly shot at. However, according to court records, immediately after his arraignment, Decelle and the LaVoies met in the parking lot outside court, where Decelle made threatening remarks and gestures, records state. • On Monday, Decelle pleaded innocent in White River Junction District Court to violating his conditions of release. Judge Theresa DiMauro raised Decelle's bail by an additional $5,000 and he was transported to Springfield prison, but as of Tuesday afternoon he was no longer being held, according to the Department of Corrections. •
