Arrest made in farmstand theft
WEATHERSFIELD — A 14-year-old teenage boy from Springfield has been charged with stealing money and goods from the farmstand at Black Watch Farm.
State Police were called to the farm on Weathersfield Center Road on Monday afternoon for a reported theft. An employee at the stand was able to provide police information about the vehicle involved.
The resulting investigation led police to the juvenile whose name was not revealed by state police. The juvenile was issued a citation to appear in juvenile court.
