Deal means no jail in child porn case

A Springfield man reported by his roommate for possessing child pornography made a plea deal Wednesday that will keep him out of jail.

  1. As usual, the state department wimps out and goes soft on a disgusting human being all because he, "admitted his behavior from day one, is remorseful." Put him in jail and let every other sicko out there know that in Vermont there are consequences for your actions, especially when the crime is child pornography. Too bad he didn't go to jail, they would love him in there.

  4. Here we go again...another home grown sex offender. And we were so worried about the one being let out of prison. At least he was in prison for his crime...welcome to Vermont ...bring us your uneducated, poor, tired, welfare, drug addicts, dealers, and now sex offenders. These are your rental registry renters...good job springfield good job.
