Sister sues brother over future of NH restaurant

A family feud over a now-closed restaurant in Claremont has resulted in a lawsuit.

  1. Too bad. Ate there a few times, it was ok. But one time, we walked in and a woman was slumped over the computer keyboard just near the bar. We were told it's ok, it's the owner..... Wow. Guess this outcome shouldn't be surprising.

That's why she was in the hospital, unfit to run the business, the brother tried helping her out, as his name is the one on everything just to find out she ran the place so far into the ground he had to dig in his own pockets just to keep the place afloat! now that he got it out of the ditch, she wants it back...without paying him back his money...wow!! go figure, he's not giving it back without a fight.
