Reported gang member denies drug charge

An alleged member of the Jersey Boys drug gang was returned from New Jersey to face a charge in Vermont.

    Does this mean we are stuck with his imprisonment expenses while he is awaitng trial? Can we ship him back to New Jersey?

  2. the judge reduced bail while stating there's no assurance this guy will show up for trail? well, the judge is an idiot bleeding heart andshould stand trial if the guy jumps

  3. Shame on you for attacking a judge. Most of the judges today don't have a clue as to how many kids these drugs have killed as surely as if shot in the head. We need to put judges in place only if they have lost a family member to drugs. I suspect there would be some changes around here.

  4. I agree with Anonymous 3/21 6:09 PM; the Judge's statement (and her thinking) are illogical. If she thinks his future attendance in court is questionable, why would she grant bail less than what the prosecution has requested?
