WILMINGTON — The Cosmos scored the go-ahead run in the eighth on an error to hand the Wildcats their second one-run loss of the season. Cam Blais got the win for the Cosmos as they evened their record to 2-2.
Sam Molner took the loss for the 1-3 Rebels, who got two hits and four stolen bases from Dal Nesbitt and two more steals from Cade Nesbitt.
But the biggest string of thefts belonged to Colin Lozito, who singles and scored on three steals.
Molner had two hits for the Rebels, who will visit Leland & Gray on Thursday.
