Forgiving ancient environmental injuries

From 1906 to 1951 the Springfield, Vt., municipal gas plant converted coal to gas and piped it to homes throughout the village.

  1. There are plenty of government regulators out their still trying to figure out how they can impose fines and punishment on the dinosaurs for having caused all the world's subsurface oil pollution!

  2. His conclusion is correct. If the state/town want the J&L site productive again, don't put an environmental gun to the new owners head to fix the problems caused by the old owner.
