Man charged after leaving scene of BF accident
A Baltimore, Vermont man was charged with four counts of aggravated assault and leaving the scene of an accident after ramming a car twice and fleeing the scene.

BELLOWS FALLS — A Baltimore, Vermont man was charged with four counts of aggravated assault and leaving the scene of an accident after ramming a car twice and fleeing the scene.
Members of the Bellow Falls Police Department received reports of a vehicle being rammed in the area of Atkinson and Oak Streets in Bellows Falls at 7:57 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 14. Upon responding to the incident, four victims advised that someone hit their car and then fled the scene.
One passenger was transported to Springfield Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
Dana Miller, 49, of Baltimore, Vermont, turned himself into the Bellows Falls Police Department after speaking with an official on the phone. He was lodged for lack of $25,000 bail at the Southern State Correction Facility in Springfield and will appear in the Vermont Superior Court: Windham Criminal Division on Tuesday, Feb. 17.
Members of the Bellows Falls Fire Department, Golden Cross Ambulance and the Walpole, New Hampshire Police Department assisted at the scene.
