Police increase patrols in North Springfield following burglaries

Due to a spate of business burglaries and two armed bank robberies in Springfield over the past several weeks, the Springfield Police Department is increasing the number of daytime and nighttime patrols in the north section of town.

  1. It's very simple, folks. When you have more crime, time to hire more cops, or better cops. Stop wasting money on pie-in-sky programs that only allow criminals to stay here.

  2. Hopefully they place themselves strategically. It would be best for us all if they were caught, rather than scared off.
