Penelope's Plans To Re-Open This Week
Penelope’s Restaurant, part of the same building where Springfield's theater was destroyed by fire, escaped flames but received extensive smoke and water damage. Now, almost exactly a year later, a cleaned up, remodeled Penelope's will be opening its doors this Thursday.
