Four subjects were arrested early this morning following a report of an assault on a 21 year old male where it was reported that weapons were used. Jacqulynn Harris, age 28, was charged with Aggravated Assault with a Weapon; Johnnie Kyles, age 28, was charged with 1st Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault, Possession of Brass Knuckles, and False Information to a Police Officer; Felicia Surething, age 22, is facing charges of False Information to a Police Officer and Accessory Before the Fact; and Michael LePage, age 19, is facing charges of Simple Assault. Harris and Kyles were lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of bail. Surething and LePage were cited to appear in court at a later date.

Two face assault charges
WHITE RIVER JUNCTION — A Springfield man and woman were arraigned Thursday in criminal court in White River Junction for allegedly assaulting a man.
Johnnie “Malik” Kyles, 28, was charged with aggravated assault and use of brass knuckles, while Jacqulynn Harris, 28, was charged with first-degree aggravated assault with a weapon for allegedly assaulting an Ascutney man.
Kyles and Harris pleaded innocent and they were released on bail.
