Group leads effort to gauge Connecticut River’s health

Volunteers up and down the Connecticut River in Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts will be out early this morning going for a dip.

  1. Wish I had known about this. In Springfield Vt, up river from Charlestown Springfield bridge about a mile, there is a large culvert on New Hampshire side that has a milky looking substance coming from all the time. Can't be good
