Sober houses? Really? You know a town has hit rock bottom when information meetings about "sober houses" are being published.
ReplyDeleteThey are a scam. Ask Mr. Hunter, the disbarred lawyer, about the finances.

ReplyDeleteIn other news, home values in Springfield nose dive as young, WORKING families exodus for safer, more prosperous communities. Reports confirm these families are unable to build equity in Springfield due to rampant expansion of low income housing and a neighborhood demographic shift to convicted drug dealers, addicts, child molesters, habitual thieves, psychopaths, pyromaniacs, and the electively homeless. The few, remaining, working class residents fear greater taxes as the grand list diminishes due to dropping values compounded by even more property granted exceptions. Reports further identify the demographic shift to such unemployable, uninsured residents will expand the pool of liberal voters. Voters that selfishly insure their free access to community services and health care.
ReplyDeleteSpringfield - a garden community - we only water the weeds!
ReplyDeleteTouche, 6:19 you are right on point and I could not agree more with ALL your points. For anyone who doesn't get it, this is how disbarred lawyers make a living. They buy the house and the State pays them for each person that lives in the house, so the more they have the more money Mr Hunter gets. We will have them comming in truckloads all under the pretence of we care about these folks so much. Not to mention a selectboard who will be belly aching about all the crime in town. Dummy up Springfield, this is Liberal politics and it's worst. I'll bet you we will hear how this will create jobs! REALLY. Talk about a dog and pony show. Wake up people.
ReplyDeleteI agree with both of you 150%! Sadly Springfield loves a good dog and pony show! I.e the prison and rec center and so much more! So you better have a real loud alarm clock if you expect anyone around here to wake up!
DeleteWhat's happening? Is this a joke? I have a goal to be out of this sinking ship within a year even if I have to give my home away. Enoughs enough
ReplyDeleteIf you give your home away Will Hunter will buy it and start another house. He has 5 houses in Springfield! Just what we need. Anyone ask him about putting these homes in his home Town. I think it is Cavendish, not sure
ReplyDeleteHasn't this man already done enough damage? Anything he says is suspect.
ReplyDeleteRead it for yourself.
