Springfield man charged with 3 felony counts of promoting child pornography THE ASSOCIATED PRESS First Posted: March 13, 2015 - 4:45 pm Last Updated: March 13, 2015 - 4:49 pm WINDSOR, Vermont — Vermont Attorney General Bill Sorrell says a Springfield man is facing three felony counts of promoting child pornography. Christian Cowell of Springfield was arraigned Friday in superior court in Windsor. Bail was set at $75,000. If he posts it, conditions of his release restrict his access to children and the Internet. Sorrell says Cowell obtained and distributed child pornography using file sharing programs that permit people to share pictures and movies. The case was investigated by local and state police and Vermont's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. It was not immediately known if Cowell has a lawyer. http://www.dailyjournal.net/view/story/60c6c8af1a6e4e7f95ae90e67a121ec2/VT--Child-Porn-Arrest/
