Springfield Restorative Justice Center has bikes for sale

Approximately 40 bicycles for sale. The price per bike is $40, or 20 hours of community service in the bike shop.

    Hmmm. Can't bikes be used as "get away vehicles"? That's probably why the bike shop's location is a secret...
