100's of hours? Really......
ReplyDeleteAt least this person had a creative idea and the passion to see it through!...The effort and spirit put into this is SO much better than what we have seen in Springfield over the past few years...I am not a Jurassic Park fan but I do honor the initiative, imagination, creative spirit and thought the owner put into trying to make this movie experience an enjoyable one for those who are Jurassic Park fans.
ReplyDeleteThe cynics are never satisfied.
ReplyDeletenow if the cops could join in and invest half the time getting the diverse selection of drug dealing scum coming up from the cities to sell poison to our youth off the streets
ReplyDeleteour kids could actually go watch the movie in safety....
What does that have to do with ANYTHING?
Deleteit has to do with EVERYTHING!.....who wants to spend more than 10 minutes downtown when you can see drug dealings going on in plain sight and junkies scrambling to and froe looking for their next fix....yes I prefer to watch movies (safely) at home with MY family....but feel free to send your children into the mouth of the dragon if YOU want to!
DeleteNot just Jurassic but all the other movies too. There are always neat little props for current movies and some mainstays for the classics. It sure beats the big box movie theaters. These people know their movies and will give you an honest opinion not just say its great so you buy a ticket. The ice cream shop next door is a perfect fit. The Springfield Movie Theater/Ice Cream Palor is one of the cornerstones of out downtown. It's nice to see the owners take such pride in their business and offer great customer service. So many places in this town should take a few lessons...
ReplyDeleteIt is the least they could do since the tax payers have bailed them out without even getting a choice as to when or where their money was spent. I don't think Springfield needs every business to depend on public bailouts like this theater received, although that appears to be the modus operandi for the town as it sinks into oblivion.
DeleteI think that if you get a half dollar in change anywhere in Springfield, it originally was handed out at the Springfield Cinemas. A great business to have in town, and the best ice cream cones money can buy!
