SPRINGFIELD, VT -The Springfield Farmer’s Market is holding a Sample Saturday, July 11 at their regular location in the People’s United Bank parking lot in Downtown Springfield from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will be a variety of vendor products offered for sampling: such as egg rolls, relishes, preserves, pickles, roasted chicken, breads, fruit bars and much more.
We have new vendors joining us as the season goes on with a variety of products, produce and crafted items. Fresh produce should be coming in soon including blueberries. Dark Mt. Games is doing a great job with the Family Fun Corner including games and activities for young kids.
Springfield Farmer’s Market accepts EBT cards and Farm to Family coupons. These coupons should be available soon. Call SEVCA at 800-464-9951 to find out if your household qualifies to receive them.
Visit the Springfield Farmer’s Market to have fresh foods, listen to good music, meet your friends and neighbors, have fun and support the local farmers, crafters and other vendors. For more information about the market call Springfield on the Move at 802- 885-1527. Check us out on facebook.
