Bomb threat at Springfield High
Published: January 19, 2008
SPRINGFIELD — A bomb threat was found written on the wall of Springfield High School on Wednesday, the third such threat in a week.
Vice Principal Michael Foss said the writing was found on a bathroom wall that administration felt was a bomb threat. He would not disclose what was written on the wall. Foss said the school was searched and no bomb was found.
Foss said the bomb threat, following threats made during school Jan. 10-11, were under investigation by both school officials and the police. Foss said at least two students are involved, one male and one female, and possibly as many as four.
Foss said the school would seek to expel the perpetrators, as well as press criminal charges. http://www.rutlandherald.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=2008801190351
