The criteria for this award is that the candidate must have demonstrated recognition by their colleagues or those they serve, consistent excellence in the performance of their duties & consistent dedication to their official responsibilities over a period of years and continuous growth in responsibilities and skills within their profession. On Tuesday, May 25th, members of Robert L. Johnson Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 771 of Springfield presented Senior Trooper Jonathan J Graham with a plaque recognizing him as an outstanding Law Enforcement Personnel. Sr Trooper Graham�s nomination was sent on to the State level and then forwarded on to National level. Past Post Commander Gerry Patch and National Judge Advocate Vito DeMarco, presented also a citation from the National Commander �in-Chief Thomas J. Tradewell. Also present was Lieutenant Richmond Hopkins.
