SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: In February the Springfield Police Departent received a complaint from a local Boy Scout Troop reference stolen monies from a fund raiser event held by their association. On April 6, 2012 Springfield Police issued a criminal citation to Brian Dyjack of Springfield to appear in Vermont Superior Court for Petit Larceny reference the above.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Defendant allegedly contacted victim's boss to make allegations against her in an attempt to get her fired in violation of an extant restraining order that prohibited the defendant from harassing the victim.

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: 254 Davidson Hill Road, Springfield, VT 05156
SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: on this date, the Springfield Police Department received suspicious activity complaint near the water tower on Davidson Hill Road. Caller reported that she believed a vehicle has crashed into the gates. Upon arrival officers made contact with a male subject who was attempting to start a vehicle along the roadway. The male subject was identified as Michael Welch from Chester, VT and was subsequently arrested for driving while intoxicated.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Juvenile was found to be in possession of brass knuckles at Springfield High School.

DeleteOverblown. Kids had brass knuckles when I went to high school along with nun chucks, brass throwing stars, and samurai swords. Maybe he is just going through a ninja phase like the dorks I went to high school with.
