'Landlords and Leases' seminar

Landlords in the Springfield area who might want some tips on how to deal with troublesome tenants are invited to a seminar Wednesday morning in downtown Springfield.

  1. It's called responsibility! Pay the rent, keep my property clean, set rules about illegal activity and know that if you break them you will be evicted.

If Vermont's two jakwad US senators or its congressman had any sense they'd already have used their influence to secure DEA assistance in rooting out the dealers and the users in these rental properties, then seize the properties. Forget about the state reps taking any action. Emmons and Martin are too busy fluffing pillows or whatever it is that they do on our dime.

  5. oh joy! I feel sorry for the landlords that are decent and good people. but as for slumlords in Springfield that refuse to fix their property and expect rent when living conditions are poor,and on top of it are doing drugs themselves..what to say about that??? I dunno, sometimes landlords expect but aren't willing to do their side as well. not all tentants that don't pay rent are irresponsible
