Ugh...same old trash. This is the same one that got arrested in BF for assault. Obviously part of the same old drugged out problem we have here. How do we deal with them?

What we have here is a case of bad parenting. Definitely a product of her environment. She should have her child removed from the home as she is unfit as a parent.
