    This reeks of the constant, inane, fear mongering spewed by Susan Smallheer of the RH. Curious how her comments about the wood incinerator, excuse me, I mean "biomass" plant have been conspicuously absent. Hummm, wonder if she voted for the libs that mandated its construction?
