Mugging, drug sales net prison sentence

A Charlestown woman will serve up to five years in jail after admitting to selling drugs in Springfield and for helping steal a wallet from a 90-year-old man in North Springfield.

  2. On her Facebook page, she describes herself as "a stay-at-home mommy". What a lovely lady, stealing from the elderly, selling large quantities of heroin, all to support her kids. And the article seems to indicate this model citizen can go to rehab and be out on the street in just a few months, instead of serving the 5 years' prison sentence she was given. Truly a heart-warming story...

  4. Seems Ms Bernier has a Dec 17 court date for a home invasion charge where she and two others assaulted another elderly man that was hospitalized. They stole 750 dollars when the man was gonna help them when they ran outa gas. Ms Bernier needs to pay the piper for a very long time!!!!
