Adam Currier
AGE: 21
Springfield, VT

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Adam was arrested by officers following a brief foot chase on Ellis Street, after several callers advised that Adam had allegedly committed the above crimes in the Elm Hill area. He was subsequently lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility on $2,500 bail. Property was recovered at the time of the arrest.

DUI

Brandon L. Ducharme
AGE: 25
Hampton, VA

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Officer observed vehicle drive over center median of River Street near the Chester Road intersection. Vehicle then traveled east on River Street and was stopped by officer at Elm Hill intersection. Operator, Brandon L. Ducharme exhibited signs of impairment. Field Sobriety Tests were given and operator did poorly. He was subsequently detained and processed for alleged Driving Under the Influence. He was then released on a citation to appear in court at a later date.

Aggravated Domestic Assault

Michele Higgins

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Officers were called to Stanley Road for a report of an assault that had taken place. It was alleged that Michele Higgins had attempted to choke a person within her residence.

Driving After License Suspension (Criminal)
Violation Conditions of Release 

Daniel J. King
AGE: 27
Springfield, VT

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: King is alleged to have driven a motor vehicle on a public highway while is license was under criminal suspension. King is also on Conditions of Release and this alleged driving offense would be a violation of his Conditions of Release. King was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windsor Criminal Division to answer to the above alleged offense.

Trafficking Heroin

Mia Follensbee
AGE: 22
Enfield, NH

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On December 19, 2013 an on duty patrol officer responded to the intersection of RT 11 and RT 5 to assist a motorist that seemed to be broken down facing the wrong way in opposing traffic lanes. After speaking with the operator, Mia Follensbee, the officer asked for consent to search car after finding indicators in her behavior and items in plain view of alleged narcotic use. Follensbee allegedly gave consent to have her car searched which allegedly yielded three hundred bags of heroin.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On December 17, 2013, officers were called to the High School for a report that a student allegedly had an I-Pod that was recently stolen. It was confirmed that the I-Pod had been reported stolen and the student was cited for the alleged theft.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On December 15 2013, at 1710, Nicholas Huntington was arrested for allegedly providing his 20 year old girlfriend with alcohol.

Alvin Shores III

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: After stopping a vehicle for an alleged traffic offense it was discovered that Alvin Shores III was operating the vehicle. Shores DMV report showed that his license is suspended criminally in the state of Vermont.
