Springfield time capsule in the works

The Springfield Regional Development Corp. is collecting items for a time capsule it is creating in the base of a new sign at the North Springfield Industrial Park.

  1. I am not sure if 100 years is long enough for coprolites to form but let's give it a try. If everyone could drop off raw material at the Springfield Regional Development Corp. office on Clinton Street by Friday. The material should be in a container no larger than a shoebox.

  2. Bob Flint could have himself freeze-dried this weekend and be placed in the capsule with instructions to rehydrate him. I know it might be a risk Bob but think of the opportunity. In 100 years there will be a whole new generation that does not know who you are. You will have a new list of rubes, er, investors and taxpayers to dazzle with your brilliance.
