  1. Taxpayers beware!!! Vermont Virtual Learning Cooperative (VTVLC) is NOT a new program. It has been around for years, they have a number of employees along with an administrator. They have office space at the Howard Dean Center. If you check their budget you will see in the past it has been in the RED and supported by state monies, yet personnel have gone on conferences all over the country. Even taking spouses and others on our dollar! Taxpayers take heed! Maybe the state should do an audit on this organization before any Springfield School District money is spent to support this organization. Oh that’s right; the School Board chairman is on the VTVLC advisory board!
