  1. "Part of his conditions of release also said he could not have regulated drugs."

Just because they wanted to make it even more illegal for him to have drugs than usual. How about because he was involved with a violent crime about drugs to begin with, we just keep him in Jail and not waste the police's time and endanger other people in exchange for his freedom.

    1. Not that I am defending him by any means, but regulated drugs are LEGAL with a prescription. Just because a drug is regulated, it is not illegal.

    2. Regulated means regulated. It does not necessarily mean that it was prescribed legally. Think oxycontin. I don't think they are worried about tylenol.

  2. Is he out on bail again already?

    2. I am sure he has a right to be there just as much as anyone else..unless Judge Carroll specifically said he had no right to leave home..otherwise he can go where he wants as long as he is following his other conditions

    3. There is enough crap floating around in that pool without adding any more garbage.

  4. "His bail was set at $2,000" Hahahahahahaha!!!! That will teach that young punk to obey the law. He was released again on the same conditions after signing for a $2,000 unsecured appearance bond. Only Judge Karen Carroll could come up with that stringent solution. Next time he will he will have to write 100 times on the sidewalk: "I will not steal a gun and give it to clowns to shoot people". That surely will teach him a lesson!

  5. Yep, keeping letting them run the streets, that will sure teach them a lesson! What is the purpose of giving people like this stipulations of probation/parole if when they violate nothing is done but a slap in the wrist and a $2000 bail? Makes absolutely no sense! How do people learn lessons if there are minimal consequences?
