SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Fuller was stopped for speeding and defective equipment. Investigation led to him being processed ror allegedly driving DUI.
A Citation was issued to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 12-30-2014



December 16, 2014
Possession of Marijuana - Felony
Todd Gilchrist
AGE: 41
N. Springfield, Vermont
SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On December 3, 2014 Springfield Police were asked to assist Springfield Probation and Parole. During this assist 1.2 pounds of suspected marijuana was located inside the residence and specific area occupied by Gilchrist. Gilchrist was later issued a citation at the Southern State Correctional Facility for the alleged possession of marijuana.
A Citation was issued to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 2-10-15

Proctorsville, Vermont
SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 12-12-2014 The Springfield Police Department received a call that a motorist had broken down on Vermont Route 106 in the area of Pine Brook Lane. On arrival Officer's on scene determined the operator to allegedly be under the influence of alcohol. The operator was processed and released back to her residence.
A Citation was issued to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 12-30-2014

False Information to Police Officer

Springfield, Vermont
SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 12/7/14, the defendant reported that he had been assaulted while walking down Union Street. The Defendant allegedly lacked corroborating injuries and had not sought treatment at Springfield Hospital as he had claimed.
A Citation was issued to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 02/10/15

  1. Gilchrist set his parents house on fire about a year ago when he laid his pot pipe down on his bed because he had the munches. How long do we have to waste tax dollars on the criminally stupid. To his parents, throw the bum out. Hope he gets a long long time in jail.
