Springfield Farmers' Market news

The Springfield Farmers' Market is preparing for the 2016 season with a few changes.

The market is now an indepenent non-profit organization under the the management of a core group of vendors. The market will still be located in the People's United Bank parking lot in downtown Springfield, the hours will remain 10a.m. to 1p.m., rain or shine. Our goal is to provide a friendly open enviroment for our customers and for farmers and crafters to sell their products.

A Farmers' Market informational meeting is scheduled for March 8 at 6p.m. at The North Springfield Baptist Church, 69 Main St., North Springfield,VT. The meeting is open to past and present vendors as well as potential new vendors and interested parties. Rules and applications will be available at this time.

For questions and more information about this meeting and for directions to the church contact Diane Moulton at 802-885-4096 or email at grnmtrose@vermontel.net. If we are not available at the time of contact,we will respond as soon as possible. Please RSVP to the same phone number or email if you plan to attend.
