  1. Is this a joke? You can commit atrocious crimes in Vermont and be out in the afternoon. A lawn mower? Really?

    1. and they had to use DNA to just arrest him... not a cheap way to get an arrest...in the mean time the heroin epidemic in Vermont reaches an all time high and armed robbers are sent off to rehab.

  2. This is one time I am going to have to disagree with my fellow commenters; this gentleman stole an item of value and was caught and will now have to pay the price. I don't see that the system is treating him any differently than anyone else charged with committing a crime.

    1. You are missing the point. Expending more money than an item is worth to arrest someone while the big crooks get a free pass is ridiculous. By the time they prosecute him unless he pleads out the cost will be twenty fold. We live in a world where the drug kingpins and bankers are above the law and prosecution. The armed robbers get rehab. The point is there are much bigger fish to fry and wasting the money on petty crime while the big fish swim free is ludicrous.

    2. Actually you are missing the point. It is a well documented fact that criminals start small and progress to more serious crimes as they get older/more brazen and see there is no danger of getting caught or arrested. It was a lawn mower this time, next it could be an armed robbery of yourself or someone you care about. These types or crimes need to be addressed and those who commit them need to be held accountable.

  3. Soo...it takes 10 months to process DNA evidence in Vermont?

  4. Again you miss the point. Wasting resources to prosecute petty crimes while expending a great amount of time and money while ignoring larger crimes is idiotic. It is the reason that the police forces cry for more money every year while the crime rate soars. I am not saying that they should not prosecute all criminals when caught. I am saying they went to great lengths and costs to be able to arrest this individual for a petty crime while more important crimes were ignored and not pursued. He is not accused of armed robbery, being violent or selling drugs and you have no idea what he would do next if he was not caught. It is highly likely that this individual, if he does not have a large rap sheet, will not be sentenced to anything more than time served since it appears that he does not have the low bail to get out of jail. In the mean time no banker has gone to jail for blowing up the entire world economy while operating illegally. Funny how that works.

  5. Glad to have someone that is the only one in the world that can successfully predict what someone else is going to do in the future give us the scoop. "I'm sure he will commit a large crime shortly."
Tanks! Do you have any lottery numbers that we can use for a guaranteed win?

    1. Don't believe it....hopefully it's not u or someone u know that has there personal stuff taken by this clown. I happen to know people affected by his thieving. It just takes the cops forever to tie it all together. Probably why it's been almost a yr on the case he just got arrested for. And u dnt have to "tank" me I'll just say I told u so when it happens
