Joseph was allegedly found to be in possession of heroin.

Joseph was issued a citation for the alleged Possession of Heroin and Probation and Parole transported Joseph to Southern State Correctional Facility.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Police responded to the Springfield Restorative Justice Center Main Street Springfield, Vermont for a reported stolen vehicle.

A joint investigation by Springfield Police and Vermont Probation and Parole led to the arrest of Driend for allegedly entering the Springfield Restorative Justice Center with allegedly intending to steal the Springfield Restorative Justice Center's leased Jeep Cherokee, and allegedly stealing said vehicle.

Driend was issued a citation to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 05-31-2016

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On February 28, 2016 officers responded to 29 Maple Street in North Springfield for a report of a stolen mini-bike. Wallace allegedly stole the mini-bike from 29 Maple Street and attempted selling it in Newport, NH.

Wallace issued a citation to appear in court on June 7, 2016 at 0800 to answer to the alleged charges.

Driving Under the Influence

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 04/23/2016 at approximately 0224 hours, Officers were dispatched to 242 Town Farm Road Lot 28 for a report of a single motor vehicle collision. The motor vehicle had struck the deck of a residence.

Upon investigation, the operator of the vehicle, Jason Reed, was arrested for alleged DUI. Jason was transported to the Springfield Police Department where he was processed.

While at the police department, Jason was issued a citation to appear on 5/10/16 for the alleged DUI and was released to family.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Witnesses advised that Lyon allegedly made two laps around the Springfield Plaza at a high rate of speed nearly striking a pedestrian in the process.

It was initially believed that she had stolen merchandise. Investigation revealed that she did not steal anything, however she did have a court ordered curfew, which she was in violation of. She was later cited for the alleged violation.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 04/21/2016 at approximately 0851 hours Officers were dispatched to the State Office Building located at 100 Mineral Street for a report of a male subject who was yelling and had smashed out a window at the DMV.

Witnessed identified the male as Evan Willey. Evan was located behind a building on South Street and was arrested for the alleged offense.

Evan was transported to the Springfield Police Department where he was processed and released on a citation for the alleged Unlawful Mischief and Disorderly Conduct to appear at a later date.

Emilee was transported to the Springfield Police Department for processing and was issued a citation for the alleged DUI to appear on 05/24/2016. Emilee was released after processing.

  1. Amazes me that anyone would want to be a police officer in this community. No more than get this garbage off the street and our liberal, revolving door justice system throws it back at us. I can recall when our well respected PD would chauffeur a "transient" to the toll bridge, town line and tell them to, "keep on walking." Made for a better quality of life and safe community. Of course, that's before liberals discovered there was money to be made in managing them. For perspective on just how broken the system is, model citizen E.W. has an EBT card!

Some people actually ned EBT cards you dont know everyone's situation obviously some people dont HOWEVER there quite a few that do need it because theyre stuggling to make ends meet so before you open your mouthes about ebt cards and social security disability GETBYOUR FACTS STRAIGHT BECAUSE YOUR PUTTING DOWN THE PEOPLE THAT ARE STUGGLING ARE YOU THAT CRUEL SERIOUSLY YOUR PATHETIC
