SAPA-TV now on VTelevision

Vermont Telephone Company and Springfield Area Public Access Television (SAPA-TV) are pleased to announce that SAPA-TV is now part of the VTelevision channel lineup! Both of SAPA-TV’s channels are available in high definition as well as in standard definition.

Michel Guité, President of VTel, said “SAPA has been a dedicated community leadership organization in Springfield for many years, and we are very pleased to have reached a contract that enables VTel and SAPA to work closely together.”

SAPA-TV President Tom Lauritsen indicated he appreciated the new partnership with VTel. Lauritsen said, “It takes many volunteers and a professional staff to bring "the community" into your homes. It’s wonderful to have the customers of VTelevision as part of SAPA-TV’s audience.”

SAPA-TV’s public channel can be found on channel 160 (SD) and 1160 (HD). The education/government channel is on 161 (SD) and 1161 (HD).
