Defendant: Douglas Sargent, 46, Springfield VT
Springfield Police Department responded to a suspicious complaint at the end of Cutler Drive and East Lane. Upon arrival Douglas Sargent was allegedly in possession of a stolen motorcycle, allegedly drove the motorcycle on a public highway with a suspended license, allegedly violated his 9 sets of Conditions of Release by allegedly doing the above and allegedly lied to police about operating the motorcycle.
Sargent was lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility-Springfield on bail of 2000.00 cash/surety and was arraigned on July 28th.

On 08/05/2016 at approximately 2205 hours officers were dispatched to Mountain View Terrace for a report of a female subject who stated that she had allegedly been assaulted by her boyfriend.
The victim stated that her boyfriend was Brandon Birdsall and that he allegedly took the phone away from her as she attempted to call the police.
Birdsall was located and taken into custody without issue. Birdsall was processed at the Springfield Police Department and was released after being issued a citation for the above alleged offenses to appear in Windsor County Criminal Curt on August 8th.

On 8/5/16 officers were dispatched to the area of 2 Chester Rd. to investigate a reported theft of a purse. While investigating the incident contact was made with Jared Stockman.
Dispatch advised Stockman had a 24 hour curfew as part of his conditions of release. He was arrested for the alleged VCOR.
Stockman was lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility-Springfield in lieu of $1000 bail and arraigned on August 8th.

On 8/7/16 officers were dispatched to look for a vehicle reportedly driving very erratically on 191. The vehicle exited onto Rt. 11 in Springfield where it was stopped for operation. The operator was verbally identified as Richard Workman and arrested for the alleged offense of DUI.
Workman was lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility-Springfield on a Hold till Sober condition and was arraigned on August 8th.

Report was made to Springfield PD regarding the possible sexual assault of a juvenile female by a subject known only as "Tito". Officers responded and DCF was notified.
After joint investigation Juan Cardi was cited into Windsor County Criminal Court on September 27th for the alleged sexual assault.

Defendant: Dylon McCutcheon, 25, Springfield, Vt.
On 7/29/16 Officers were called to investigate the report of Dylon McCutcheon allegedly being disorderly. After investigating two separate incidents, McCutcheon was arrested for continuation of disorderly behavior.
McCutcheon was lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility-Springfield and was arraigned later that day.

Defendant: Jasmine Clark, 22, Springfield VT
Clark allegedly stole a Camero in Canaan, New Hampshire, and drove it to Springfield, Vermont.
The vehicle was recovered on River Street, and Clark was located at a business on Clinton Street. Clark's privilege to operate in Vermont is criminally suspended.
Clark was cited for DLS. Any charges pertaining to the theft of the vehicle will be filed in New Hampshire.
Clark was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on September 6, 2016

Defendant: Daniel Vezina, 23, Springfield VT
Officers responded to the Evergreen Heights apartments in Springfield Vermont for a report of Vezina allegedly jumping on the hood of his girlfriend's vehicle as she was trying to drive away from him. Allegedly Vezina scratched the hood causing damage and obstructed her vehicle's movement.
Vezina was issued a citation to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on August 30th to answer to the above alleged charges.

Springfield Police were dispatched to Clinton St. in Springfield, VT for a report of a theft. Upon investigation Joseph Patrick Morin was cited into Windsor Superior Court-Criminal Division on September 6th to answer to the alleged charge of Petit Larceny.
