HUBZone Workshop in Springfield on 12/12

The Vermont Procurement Technical Assistance Center and U.S. Small Business Administration are holding a series of workshops around the state to help local companies understand what the new HUBZone Program expansion could mean for their business.

  1. Hate to sound snarky, but just what does this town produce that the federal govt. would want more of? I know there's still SOME manufacturing here, but my experience with government contracts usually involves defense or NASA, and I don't see much of anything being made here that they would want.
