Jaxon Hunter Smith, a perfect bouncing baby boy, was born to the proud parents of January Morgan Smith and Jason Carl Smith at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center on Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2017, at 7:40 a.m.
