2017-02-16 / Front Page Police name bank robbery suspect SPRINGFIELD — Police have named the man suspected of robbing the Citizens Bank in Springfield Wednesday evening and are seeking a warrant for his arrest. Darrell Barror, 35, of Springfield, is sought on charges of grand larceny and larceny from a person, according to an alert from the Springfield Police Department. Police responded to the Citizens Bank in Springfield on Wednesday, Feb. 15 at 4:40 p.m. to reports of a robbery. A lone male subject entered the bank and left on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash, according to police. “Information obtained from the release of surveillance footage has indicated that the alleged offender is” Barror, according to police. An arrest warrant is being sought at this time. Anyone with information regarding Barror’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Springfield Police Department at (802) 885-2113.
Apparently "these robbers" have not watched the old western movies.
