Sanders talks ACA, grassroots activism at event

More than 400 residents from Vermont, New Hampshire and beyond gathered in the gymnasium at Riverside Middle School in Springfield for a town hall meeting with Sen. Bernie Sanders on Thursday, March 16.

  1. There were 300 chairs on the floor and the bleachers each side were packed. The gym capacity used to be 1600 - not that there were that many, but way way way way more than 400.

    1. Just more gullible customers for the snake oil purveyor. Sanders helps to create the conditions for their misery and desperation, then waltzes in and milks their attention with his usual rants that are devoid of fiscal logic. Too bad Sanders can't sell his self-licking ice cream cone to Ben & Jerry. It just might lead to the first actual job creation that Sanders could take credit for.
