Up to 1M gallons sewage released into Black River

Up to 1 million gallons of partially treated sewage was released into the Black River last week.

  4. If a private concern released an environmental hazard like this, there would be an enormous fine coming down. Nothing like a good cover up by listing the cause as "other".

  5. It appears that pres. Trumps attack on the EPA worked well for Ludlow, A little high water and they can dump! The article here never said it was an accident in fact it sounds like it was on intentional
