The North School Preservation Society will be holding a Family Fun Day with free hot chocolate and cookies, at the warming hut at the North Springfield Recreation Park off School St., on Feb. 24, from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
The event will show NSPS’s appreciation to all who support our efforts to improve the school and to all those who use the recreation area for winter recreation and other seasonal events throughout the year. We also want to thank all the organizations that donate items for tag sales and other support.
Stop by, bring your skis, skates, sleds, and snowshoes and enjoy a fun time with a warm drink and cookies. We will also have a few simple crafts for children as they take time out to warm up. Learn what NSPS has accomplished during the past year and has planned for the future.
