This steakhouse has a twist you’ll want to see for yourself

There are lots of places to go to get a great steak in Vermont, but the Black Rock Steakhouse in Springfield has a unique twist.

  3. i order a bake potato, and get fries, you would think someone would check the order before it leaves the kitchen

  4. not bad, been there a few times... good portion sizes and the food has always been decent to pretty good. I'm not crazy about the whole "cooking your entre on a volcanic rock concept" though. If I wanted to cook my meal I would have stayed home. So, I always have the kitchen cook it. The only other complaint is that the dining area is all open and a bit crowded, if the place is busy it can get a little loud in there and can be difficult to carry on a conversation with others at the table.
