  1. The headline and beginning of the article are very misleading.
This child was lost after school hours - not on the field trip.
It's poorly written with the intend to put the school staff in a bad light.

    1. School staff should have escorted her back to get her belongings!

    2. @anonymous- No, that is not always the option. If the bus was leaving to go back to school, they would have had to leave. Maybe she noticed it missing after the bus was already on the road. The busses have afternoon routes they need to get to, you can't always just go back. When someone leaves an item on a plane, and you are through security, you don't get to just "go back" for it. People need to be responsible for their items. Even 11 year old's. It is not the school's fault.

  3. When will you idiots learn to read! The headline states that the girl went missing AFTER the field trip. If you had bothered to read the artlicle, you would have known she disappeared AFTER school hours, and that she was accompanied by her father!
