Garden Club to host gardening expert Charlie Nardozzi

Please mark your calendar and join the Springfield Garden Club on Wednesday evening, June 6, as they host gardening expert, Charlie Nardozzi. His topic is “Gardening in New England” with a focus on perennials, shrubs, vines and trees.

Charlie Nardozzi is a nationally recognized garden writer, radio and TV show host, consultant, and speaker. Charlie is a guest on VPR’s Vermont Edition during the growing season. He also offers garden tips on local television and is a frequent guest on national programs. Bring your gardening questions and come early to reserve a chair.

The program will be held at the First Congregational Church, 77 Main Street in Springfield. The Garden Club will be welcoming new and prospective members at 6 p.m. The talk will begin at 7 p.m. All current members are encouraged to attend.
