Springfield man arrested for second time in two days

The Vermont State Police have arrested and held a Springfield man who failed to appear in court on Thursday, June 28 after being arrested on Wednesday.

    Way to go Vermont judicial system. At least it's keeping the police busy. Thank God for them.
