VTel president plans to fight animal cruelty charge


The president of Vermont Telephone Co. is contesting the basis for an animal cruelty charge he faces in Stamford, Conn.

  1. Michel should be used to riding in the back of police cars. That's how he came to the telephone office on his first day. Apparently a warrant because of unpaid speeding tickets. He arrived in a pd car his car on a wrecker. Just another ho hum day in the life of vtel's president

  2. I sat outside Rite Aid and observed TWO dogs inside a closed car on an 84 degree day. Rather than go inside on my errand, I sat there trying to decide a further course of action. Fortunately, an older couple parked beside this car and also noticed what I had. It was obvious the woman sent her mate back into the store to alert the cars owner or manager of Rite Aid. Good for them!!!! Finally the car/dogs owner came out and when the woman made comment to her, she became very irate to this compassionate couple. Guess who owned the car/dogs......A LONGTIME SPRINGFIELD SCHOOL BOARD MEMBER!!!!
