2010 Election photos

Polls were open to Springfield registered voters on November 2nd from 8:00 a.m.to 7:00 p.m. at Riverside Middle School. Weather was mostly sunny, with a high near 46 and a calm wind becoming northwest between 5 and 8 mph by afternoon. There was a high voter turnout.

Democrat incumbent candidate Alice Emmons 
looking confident outside the polls this morning.


 Republican candidate and Army veteran Paul Gibbs hoping for the best. 


Elizabeth Coppola, one of Springfield's two Republican candidates for state representative. positioned to greet voters outside Shaw's supermarket entrance the Sunday noon before election day.
