Opening day in Bolaski trial

Defendant Kyle Bolaski gets a kiss from a woman who would not give her name as the Windsor District Court goes into recess between opening statements yesterday.

Prosecutor John Lavoie: “This case isn't a ‘Whodunnit?' ” Lavoie said in his opening argument in Windsor Superior Court. “The guy who shot and killed Vincent Tamburello is sitting right over there, and there's no question about it. He shot him through the left leg. … When Vinnie is hobbled and moving back and moving away, he shot him a second time, in the back.”
